Do you deliver abroad?
Coc'Art Créations delivers to individuals and professionals all over the world. Consumer orders are mainly transported by Colissimo. Professional orders are sent by carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the volume of the order.
Can I exchange an item or how can I cancel and get a refund? (cancellation, refund and return policy)
After receipt of the product, in the event of breakage or dissatisfaction during the unpacking of your order or without any particular reason, you can ask to proceed either to an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receipt. The terms of return are mentioned on the delivery note and/or on request from customer service or by telephone on 06 87 21 07 23 .
How to track my order ?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Can I request customization?
Each product being created manually in the workshop, we can respond to your specific requests on the size of the product or its color for example. To do this, contact customer service or by telephone 06 87 21 07 23 .
No return is made in the event of customization of the product.
Do the lights meet the standards?
All the luminaires created by Coc'Art Créations are class II luminaires, fitted with CE marked electrical equipment, and compliant with EN 60238 standards. They are equipped with isostop, protective end caps, or isodom in accordance with the EN 60598 standard. Certificate on request.
Are the lights unique?
Note that there may be some differences between the visuals offered and the lamp you will receive. The craftsmanship and the nature of the materials gives a unique character to each creation.
